Overview

The Grey Matter Council certification program is the formal credentialing system built on top of the nine-level Leadership Development System. Each certification validates that a leader has not only completed the required levels but has demonstrated the competencies, behaviors, and on mission leadership required to be recognized at that standard.

Certifications are earned. Not given. Not automatic. The completion of a level qualifies a leader to pursue certification. The certification validates that they are ready to lead at the next one.Certifications are earned. Not given. Not automatic. The completion of a level qualifies a leader to pursue certification.
